WHAT IS GOING ON?

Legal Services of North Florida, Inc. (LSNF) is inviting the community to support its work by bringing them old or broken gold, silver and platinum jewelry, serving pieces, etc. that is later sold with the proceeds going to help LSNF serve the many children and their families, homeless citizens, victims of domestic violence, the elderly, and other special populations. In other words, any of your old cast off silver, gold or platinum pieces become nice gifts for LSNF to serve our community and a nice gift for you in the form of a charitable donation for tax purposes.  

 

HOW CAN I HELP RIGHT NOW AND BENEFIT ON MY TAXES?

You, your friends and family collect any old or broken gold, silver and platinum items and place them in a plastic zip-lock bag with your name and phone number on it. Mail or bring the bag(s) to Legal Services of North Florida at 2119 Delta Blvd. Tallahassee, FL (off John Knox Rd.) 32303, or email or call John Fenno at john@lsnf.org or 850-385-9007 ex. 1006 to schedule a pick-up date and time (anywhere/anytime).   LSNF will collect the bags, assay the value of the items and send you the appropriate thank you note with the value of your gift for tax records.

You know all those unpaired earrings, broken necklaces, pins without backs, that ring from your college sweetheart and silver you never clean? It can all be turned into cash for LSNF and applied to the TWL challenge.

 

Put all such items in a zip lock bag with your name on it and call John Fenno at 385-9007 ext. 1006 or email him at john@lsnf.org.  A convenient pick-up time will be arranged to collect your gift(s).
